    Our Story

From a Pasadena darkroom to an Inland Empire production studio.

Relative Vision Studio began in 2010 in Pasadena, California — rooted in the craft of the master portraitist. Our logo tells that story: a portrait artist standing behind a professional cinema camera, bridging the discipline of classical portraiture with the motion of modern cinema.

Over more than a decade, that foundation grew into a full commercial production company serving the Inland Empire, San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles, and Orange County. We moved into our Pomona studio at 541 W 2nd St to be closer to the businesses we serve — faster call times, lower travel cost, and a crew that knows the locations.

Today we produce cinematic brand films, commercial video, corporate videography, FAA Part 107 drone cinematography, architectural media, and high-end commercial photography — all shot on cinema-grade ARRI and Nikon gear and graded in a calibrated DCI-P3 suite. The tools evolved. The standard never changed: every frame must earn its place.

    What Sets Us Apart

    Four principles. One uncompromising standard.

    Story First

Every frame serves the narrative. We architect stories that position your brand as the only logical choice — not just footage that plays.

    Cinema-Grade Capture

ARRI and Nikon cinema sensors, controlled lighting, and disciplined on-set craft. Your brand deserves the same tools used on feature films.

    Calibrated Color

A dedicated DCI-P3 grading suite ensures rich shadow density, warm antique highlights, and luminous focal isolation across every deliverable.

    FAA-Certified Aerials

Part 107 licensed pilots with LAANC airspace clearances — legal, compliant, and cinematic drone capture across Southern California.

    The Gear

The same tools used on feature films.

We invest in cinema-grade capture so your brand never looks interchangeable. ARRI Alexa Mini LF and Nikon Z6 III sensors, DJI Inspire 3 aerials, and a calibrated DCI-P3 grading suite — the infrastructure of a prestige post house, available to Inland Empire businesses.
